Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Casper, WY location to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable operations. This role focuses on coaching staff, managing the branch P&L, and executing sales strategies while ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

The position requires strong leadership, warehouse knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with sales and vendors. The Branch Manager will oversee inventory, safety, and daily branch activities, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using company digital tools.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch staff.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and income targets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct facility and asset inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align branch goals.
• May perform deliveries or other branch tasks as needed.
