White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in Round Rock, Texas. You will own P&L and inventory for your location, lead staffing, and drive EBIT/ROS while building strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must operate a company or personal vehicle with MVR check.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguards assets and oversees inventory procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing to meet service and operational demands.
• Develops relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and grows market share.
