Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance and lead the team to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Coach and develop team members; hire, schedule, and motivate branch colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk management.
• Represent Santander to deliver excellent customer experience and manage escalated issues.
