MTC Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead a high-performing team, drive results, and create meaningful member experiences in Greenville, SC. You will coach staff, manage operations, and promote financial wellness among members while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in banking or financial services, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in driving performance and managing

• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership
• Resolve member and operational issues effectively and professionally
• Promote credit union products, services, and community engagement initiatives
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Requirements

Experience: 3‑5 years of similar or related experience.

Education: (1) A two‑year college degree, or (2) a completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job‑specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
