Job summary

Missouri Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive the overall performance of the Missouri branch.

You will lead a small team, push daily execution, and ensure sales and collections targets are met while coaching staff and handling customer payments discussions as needed. The role requires a structured, metric-driven mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to operating with strong accountability in a fast-paced environment.

• $41,600-$45,000 yearly

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
