Job summary

Cash Cow - Louisiana is seeking a Branch Manager in Houma to drive the branch’s overall performance, including sales, collections, and team development. You will lead a small team, execute daily plans, and ensure results are consistently met.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining accountability, handling customer conversations about payments, and keeping operations structured and metrics-driven. This role offers a 40-hour week with Saturday hours and a monthly bonus potential.
