The Branch Manager owns branch performance, combining business development, operations, and team leadership. This role focuses on client growth, workforce delivery, and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development, client retention, and account expansion
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and placements
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
• Manage client relationships and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience working for a staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions company, with hands‑on responsibility for staffing operations, talent placement, and client service
• Prior experience in a staffing agency environment is required; experience limited to in‑house/corporate recruiting or talent acquisition does not meet this requirement
• 2+ years of leadership, branch management, sales, or business development experience
• Strong background in high-volume staffing, including recruiting, candidate placement, workforce management, and client relationship management
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve staffing and operational challenges, and communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
• Working knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, staffing workflows, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
