Position Summary

The Branch Manager at John S. Connor directs and coordinates daily operations while providing vision and leadership to ensure the continuity and growth of the branch. This role oversees compliance with company policies, develops business strategies, manages staff, and fosters an environment of accountability, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education

College degree or equivalent industry experience required

Experience

• Customs Brokerage License required
• Freight forwarding background required
• Prior management experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and related software
