Jobot is hiring a Branch Manager in Boston, MA. The role oversees all branch operations with full P&L responsibility, driving growth and profitability for the global freight forwarding unit.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in international and domestic operations, strong people management skills, and familiarity with CargoWise. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in international and domestic operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing employees.
• Previous experience as Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.
• Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred.
