Campus Federal is seeking a Branch Manager for the LSU Union branch in Baton Rouge to lead a high-performing team and drive loan and deposit growth while delivering exceptional member service.

The role requires proven sales leadership in retail banking, strong coaching skills, and the ability to build relationships within the community. You will oversee operations, compliance, and lending/deposit guidance to staff.
