Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager trainee who will develop leadership skills to support growth by opening new locations or strengthening existing ones. You will train to lead field technicians, improve customer retention, and learn all aspects of the business and industry.

Core duties include training staff, managing inventory and licensing, budgeting to maximize profits, and reporting with new metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of formulas in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate to an open location after 12-24 months of training in Atlanta, GA.
• Ability to lead and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Create a company culture that embodies core values and team talents.
• Train & lead technicians in pest control, mosquito, and termite treatments.
• Hire and develop talent; provide classroom training.
• Manage inventory, licensing forms, continuing education credits, and budgets.
• Develop reports and metrics to improve operations and profitability.
