Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of management experience in Business/Operations across route-based businesses.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience in pest control or lawn care industry (preferred).
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
