Orkin, LLC is seeking a Commercial Branch Manager Trainee (Project Management) to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced pest management business. You will drive growth, set goals, and mentor staff while delivering top‑notch service as part of the industry leader with 120+ years of experience.

The role develops leadership through training, hands‑on responsibility, and accountability for P&L, customer retention, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams.
• Drive customer retention through a motivated, customer-service oriented team.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
