Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation in training to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate an employee culture that motivates performance and supports growth.
• Drive revenue, motivate the team, and ensure results.
• Provide leadership development for staff through coaching and training.
• Relocate to an open location within the region after training (6–9 months).
