Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams.
• Drive customer retention through a high-performing team focused on service quality.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
