The program lasts 15 months with in-person trainings and ongoing performance tracking. Ideal candidates are highly organized, communicative, and willing to relocate for career advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Detail oriented.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 15-month technical and soft skill training program in preparation for a Branch Manager role.
• Subject matter expert in loan product offerings; presents loan solutions to customers.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to grow the branch’s loan portfolio and profitability.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on delinquency and daily operations.
