Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Georgia seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to advance into management through an 18–24 month on-the-job training program. This 100% onsite role develops branch operations and leadership skills.

You originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending options, assist with closings, and support recruiting and training while upholding our values and delivering excellent service. A full relocation package applies when promoted to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. *Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to understand their needs to recommend the best consumer loan solutions.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and processing insurance claims.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals.
