Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking or related leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related 1+ years’ experience.
• Notary preferred or ability to obtain.
• Basic Computer Literacy required.
• Financial Industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for branch leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch manager training across operations, sales leadership, business development, member experience, compliance, risk management, and coaching.
• Learn to develop and manage a defined market business plan to increase profitability and track performance.
• Assist with cultivating existing member relationships by periodic contact to assess banking needs.
• Develop the ability to manage a book of clients with cross-selling and deeper relationships.
• Support daily branch operations, sales, customer service, and security per policies.
• Assist in achieving annual goals through coaching, direct marketing, and performance tracking.
• Serve as Citadel ambassador to enhance the company’s reputation in the community.
