Dollar Bank, FSB is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the Hampton Roads area to participate in a retail training program while working toward individual sales targets. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to cultivate a motivated sales and service team using a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes one-on-one coaching to develop team members and strengthen customer relationships, with added travel to support training and regional coverage."

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with one year demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals or HS diploma with five years track record.
• Retail Banking experience preferred.
• One year of managerial or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to travel as needed for training.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the branch's development of new customer relationships by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and outbound calling.
• Motivate and hold team members accountable; assist Branch Manager in evaluating performance.
• Assist the team in all areas of branch operations including audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make sound decisions prioritizing risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of Bank products by attending required training classes.
