Dollar Bank in Virginia Beach is seeking a Branch Officer I who will participate in a comprehensive retail training program while building a high-performing sales and service team. You will coach teammates and drive branch growth through proactive outreach and a consultative sales approach.

You will lead daily huddles, attend meetings, and foster a service-driven culture while ensuring compliance and risk controls. A valid driver's license and ability to travel for training are required.

Formación

• Eight or more years of managerial experience in retail banking preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales and service team toward targets.
• Strong community networking and client growth capabilities.
• Travel for training as needed; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Contribute to customer growth and retention with proactive strategies.
• Support customer engagement by adhering to service behaviors.
• Oversee team's service behaviors, promote products, and conduct call nights.
• Foster a customer service oriented culture and team integrity.
• Conduct daily team huddles, monthly meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Represent the Bank in the community, sourcing new relationships.
• Achieve established customer service goals and targets.
• Make sound risk-aware decisions prioritizing profitability and satisfaction.
• Arithmetic skills to count money accurately; computer literacy to process transactions.
• Develop knowledge of Bank products by attending required classes.
