Job summary

Dollar Bank, FSB is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to participate in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward sales targets. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, you will help cultivate a motivated sales and service team using a consultative sales approach.

You will coach team members, drive customer relationships, and support multiple branches in the Eastern Market, with travel and mileage reimbursement after a threshold.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or HS Diploma with 5 years of sales goals experience.
• Retail Banking experience preferred.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to travel for training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customer relationships by greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and conducting outbound calls.
• Motivate and evaluate team performance, supporting Branch Manager.
• Assist in branch operations including audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make decisions prioritizing risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain arithmetic accuracy and access account information via computer systems.
• Develop knowledge of bank products via required classes.
• Maintain professional appearance and integrity.
