Job summary

Dollar Bank, FSB is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who will participate in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward sales targets. You will help lead a team across the North Region, including North Hills, Richland, Wexford, Cranberry, Butler, Fox Chapel, and Natrona Heights, using a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes one-on-one coaching, performance accountability, and proactive customer relationship initiatives, with travel to multiple branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year sales goals track record, or HS diploma with 5 years sales goals track record.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• One year of managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to travel as needed for training.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch development of new customer relationships and outbound calling.
• Motivate and hold team members accountable, assist Branch Manager in performance reviews.
• Support branch operations including audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make decisions prioritizing risk, profitability, and customer satisfaction in each transaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
