Rockland Trust is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Massachusetts to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will cultivate a customer-centered retail environment and lead a team to meet branch goals across service and product promotion.

You will coach staff, manage referrals, and maintain regulatory compliance while leveraging Salesforce to track performance and customer journeys.

Qualifikationen

• Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
• Strong sales leadership and coaching ability.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with ability to operate office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative, team-oriented sales personality with outstanding customer service.
• Sound risk decision-making and strong operational proficiency.
• Supervisory abilities with constructive feedback and performance management.
• Ability to meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Professional demeanor with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Community involvement and outreach.
• Complete onboarding and continuing education programs within timeframes.

• Promote product promotions and opportunities.
• Track and report branch performance.
• Maintain branch operational integrity and controls.
• Communicate policy changes to staff.
• Develop and implement sales programs and a positive sales environment.
• Maintain lobby management and customer outreach.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer interactions and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales/service expectations and mystery shop targets.
• Represent Rockland Trust in communities.
