You will engage with customers, participate in community activities, and collaborate with various banking lines to support growth and financial solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Retail banking sales management experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail banking or retail sales management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong leadership.
• Understanding of sales and service standards in banking.
• Professional demeanor and ethical conduct throughout all tasks.
• Ability to work in a flexible work week and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a midsize retail banking center or specialty branch.
