Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail banking or retail sales management experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership ability
• Thorough understanding of requirements for a successful sales and service organization
• High level of professionalism in all transactions and interactions
• Ability to work within a flexible work week including weekends
• Ability to complete onboarding, compliance, and continuing education training on time
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience and staff development

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small to midsize retail banking center or express branch
• Develop lobby management and customer outreach to enhance experience
• Meet with employees to ensure training and motivation towards sales/service standards
• Coach on skills and results to meet customer experience and financial goals
• Lead by example to foster teamwork and loyalty
• Select and develop employees through coaching and joint sales calls
• Generate sales excitement and branch production
• Ensure world-class customer experience in person, phone, and digital channels
• Leverage networking and outbound calls to cultivate opportunities and referrals
• Partner with other lines of business to refer and cross-sell
