Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a branch leadership professional to help deliver exceptional service and achieve sales and service goals. You will coach team members, deepen client relationships, and ensure operational integrity.

You will engage in community visibility and support events, while upholding the bank’s policies. You will oversee compliance and foster a positive, client-focused culture with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college, business, banking or professional training helpful.
• One - two years’ experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service and/or operations.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to achieve the branch’s sales and service goals and coach the team.
• Oversee the branch’s operational integrity, security and compliance.
• Develop external advocates through engagement with clients and community.
• Support career development of team members and participation in community initiatives.
