Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, morale, and onboarding of new hires.
• Oversee customer service quality and relationship management actions.
• Provide referrals to internal partners and vendors to grow cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, safety standards, and branch operations.
