Responsibilities include coaching staff, identifying opportunities for cross-sell (business loans, merchant services, insurance, and investment products), and ensuring branch operations adhere to policy and procedures. A high school diploma and 3+ years of related experience are required, with NMLS licensing required for the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• NMLS licensing required for Assistant Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including overdraft, vault, ATM, and account opening practices.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products/services (business loans, merchant, insurance, investments).
• Coach and develop team members; set performance expectations and lead through example.
• Ensure customer-centric environment and maintain defined sales process with proper CRM entries.
