Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and direction to ensure personalized service and compliance.
• Manage the branch operations including teller, platform, and customer escalations.
• Coach staff to achieve sales goals and expand relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines; monitor audits and reports.
• Foster an exceptional customer experience and support staffing and scheduling needs.
• Perform special projects and support senior management with analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct performance management and supervise hiring, training, and motivation of employees.
