Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Typically requires 4+ years leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with emphasis on compliance and controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to meet sales, service, and community goals.
• Drive branch growth and strengthen client relationships.
