InTouch Credit Union seeks a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive member-focused service. The ABM will mentor staff, champion digital adoption, and ensure compliance with policies while growing deposits and loans.

The role requires a 4-year degree or commensurate experience, 3+ years in retail banking, and MLO registration. Travel between branches may be required to support regional goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred or commensurate professional experience.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration required.
• Retail banking experience: 3+ years; leadership experience: 1+ year.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional member service with a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
• Lead daily branch operations and coach team members for performance and growth.
• Promote digital banking solutions, ensure compliance, and support audits and controls.
• Develop community relationships and collaborate with partners to drive branch growth.
