Job summary

Somerset Trust Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Operations Leader to oversee daily banking operations at the Somerset Campus. You will mentor staff, ensure accuracy in CSR and Teller duties, and drive customer service excellence in a compliant environment.

Ideal candidates have prior branch management or people leadership experience, banking knowledge of retail products, and a strong grasp of BSA/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch teams in a retail banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of CSR and Teller duties with attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employees, customers, and visitors on campus.
• Perform CSR and Teller responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with the Manager on audit preparation and compliance processes.
• Assist in scheduling and daily operational oversight.
• Support staff development through training and coaching.
• Monitor and assist with branch over/shorts (O/S).
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with Branch Manager.
• Adhere to WE Statements and customer service standards.
• Carry out BSA/AML responsibilities per bank policies.
