Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager and participate in sales, account origination and processing.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach subordinates in branch operations and customer service.
• Oversee customer service, teller and branch activities in the Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulations.
