Columbia Bank in White Salmon, WA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team delivering exceptional client service and to establish the branch as the bank of choice in the local community.

You will drive growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, financial stewardship, and active community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3 years banking experience including consumer lending; exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, daily supervision, labor law compliance, performance management, hiring and termination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and grow branch relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, and expenses with efficient operations.
• Maintain strong community relationships and cross-functional collaboration within Retail and across the bank.
• Ensure compliance with SAFE Act and other consumer protection laws.
