Job summary

Citizens Bank of Kansas in El Dorado, Kansas is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Branch Manager to lead our retail team, drive growth, and profitability of the branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll coach staff, deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities while upholding the bank's community-focus and standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of banking and leadership/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and relationship building preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual, branch, and bank-wide goals.
• Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and providing consistent, thoughtful follow-up.
• Develop, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day retail functions of the branch.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with current and prospective customers, both inside and outside the bank.
• Promote a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration across all areas of the bank.
• Support the professional growth and development of team members.
