Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and development to drive sales and customer service.
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales, deadlines, and branch goals in a P&L environment.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences per satisfaction surveys.
• Builds partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Meets SAFE Act background/check requirements.
