Job summary

Citizens Bank of Kansas in El Dorado, Kansas is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Branch Manager to lead our retail team, drive growth, and profitability of the branch. Qualifications

• Two or more years of banking and leadership/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and relationship building preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
