Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader to drive performance and development at the local branch. You will coach a team, manage hiring and scheduling, and lead initiatives in small business and affluent client segments, while ensuring compliance with risk policies and ethical standards.

Daily responsibilities include client appointments, outbound prospecting, and partnership with IRM to deliver strong financial outcomes and a collaborative One Team culture within the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and obtain an NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch business development across Small Business, Mass Affluent, IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue through Small Business development and new client acquisition.
• Engage with civic and business groups to prospect and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate branch teammates to achieve client financial success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and One Team culture.
• Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
