Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader in the United States to drive performance, coach a branch team, and lead business development for small business and affluent clients. The role requires strong leadership, relationship skills and a commitment to Truist's Purpose and Values.

You will collaborate with IRM and Operations, manage staffing and performance, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering community-focused banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• 2+ years in financial services or related field.
• 1+ year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and align with Truist values.
• Drive branch performance through leadership, coaching and development.
• Advance small business and affluent client strategies with branch teams.
• Develop new business via community engagement and partnerships.
• Lead branch engagement routines to empower clients and teammates.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and teamwork.
• Manage human capital including hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
