Truist Wealth seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of an assigned branch in the United States. You will drive performance through coaching, lead business development across Small Business and Mass Affluent segments, and ensure compliance with internal controls and risk policies.

You will oversee human capital decisions, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with IRM/Operations to foster One Team culture and client financial success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and clear NMLS check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Promote positive public image and instill Truist values in the team.
• Drive branch performance through leadership, coaching and management; develop business.
• Drive branch revenue via Small Business and Mass Affluent client strategies.
• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead branch engagement routines, motivate teammates, and empower client financial success.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and One Team culture.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling and performance reviews.
