Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance and development. The role includes coaching staff, expanding Small Business and Mass Affluent client bases, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk policies.

The ideal candidate will have prior branch management experience, strong sales and leadership skills, and the ability to inspire teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Purpose, Mission and Values in the team and the Truist culture.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client acquisition strategies, including face‑to‑face appointments and outbound prospecting.
• Engage in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business and strengthen the Truist Brand.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch team to fulfill the Purpose, Mission and Values for client financial success.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures and risk management.
