Job summary

The Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor in New Jersey to lead sales and service within the branch and drive deposit and loan growth while ensuring member and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing policies, onboarding new Members, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role requires strong decision-making and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires completion of high school education.

Responsibilities

• Establish Member satisfaction as the priority in all activities.
• Make sound decisions balancing Member satisfaction with risk.
• Welcome new Members using onboarding procedures.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks for Membership maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products and services.
• Conduct staff training sessions.
• Manage branch balancing and all associates.
• Manage branch cash and negotiable items within limits.
• Ensure compliance with federal laws and NCUA regulations.
• Ensure sound operating controls; conduct audits and reviews.
• Make independent decisions according to policy.
• Manage branch safety and security.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to share information.
