Job summary

Central Bank in Centralia, MO is seeking a Dual-Manager to lead our Centralia and Sturgeon branch operations. You will oversee sales, service, and daily facility operations while coaching staff to deliver Legendary Service.

You will drive outside business development, coordinate with loan officers, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staffing, audits, and security to maintain a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent, with at least 4 years banking experience and 1 year in management.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking, lending, compliance, and bank products.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales, service, and day-to-day operations.
• Lead outside business development to identify consumer/business opportunities.
• Supervise tellers and staff; ensure Legendary Service.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
• Open/close facility, cash handling, audits, and security.
• Coach and develop employees; monitor performance and culture.
• Participate in local community organizations and cross-sell bank products.
