Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Saint Charles, MO location to lead daily branch operations, drive financial performance, and deliver a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.

You will coach a team, manage risk and compliance, and partner with ecosystem colleagues to grow revenue while ensuring exceptional service and community involvement. In-office role based in St Charles, MO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• No degree required; equivalent work experience and certifications may be considered.
• Notary Public in the applicable state may be required and background checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance.
• Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions for financial well-being.
• Leads a broad range of ecosystem partners and ensures risk management and compliance.
• Builds a high performing team through onboarding, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Leads branded sales processes to achieve targets and grow share-of-wallet across households.
