Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and training with at least 4 years of banking experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail, lending, and compliance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer relations skills.
• Must work with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales management, customer service, and day-to-day operations of facility(s).
• Supervise operations and sales while providing Legendary Service to customers and employees.
• Coach and develop employees and provide guidance in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Engage in outside business development to identify needs and opportunities for consumer and business products and services.
