Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service, retail, sales or automotive industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement branch market plan based on market conditions and objectives.
• Engage in field sales to develop accounts and support revenue growth.
• Ensure orders are prepared, processed and records maintained per policy.
• Place and follow up on purchases from outside vendors.
• Maintain the company vehicle and branch merchandising.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention and security practices.
• Assist with budget planning and manage receivables/payables.
• Staffing and scheduling to meet branch objectives.
• Lead follow-up program for delinquent accounts and conduct credit investigations.
• Drive new business and provide performance feedback to the team.
