Sherwin-Williams in Lansing, MI seeks a Store Associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain product displays within a 15 mile radius of Store #1164. You will help customers select paints and related products, handle transactions, and support store operations to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift items and work weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service to store customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain store displays, stock, and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Support inventory control and ensure rooms are clean and organized.
