Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Tyngsboro, MA to lead staff, achieve branch sales goals, and provide exceptional member service. You will coach the team, oversee daily operations, and build local partnerships to promote financial wellness.

The role requires supervisory or sales leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of lending processes. A College degree is preferred and NMLS certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Two to three years supervisory and sales management experience.
• High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and lending processes.
• Ability to obtain NMLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales goals by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Coach staff to deliver service excellence and meet sales targets.
• Manage staff performance with regular reviews and development plans.
• Oversee branch operations ensuring policy compliance and security.
• Respond to member complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and SEGs to grow lending and membership.
• Perform MSR duties and handle Notary Public services as needed.
• Assist with loan origination processes and mortgage authority as applicable.
