Truliant Federal Credit Union in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive service quality, and grow branch performance. You will coach staff, shape member experiences, and partner with local businesses to strengthen community connections.

You’ll balance hands-on operations with strategic planning, compliance, and people development, ensuring service excellence, financial growth, and a branch culture that reflects Truliant's member-first values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required.
• Notary appointment required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members so they can meet service, sales, referral, and operational expectations.
• Drive branch performance by creating and executing plans for member service, loan and deposit growth, outbound calling, business development, and budget management.
• Support excellent member experiences by resolving escalations, strengthening relationships, and ensuring branch practices align with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
