Responsibilities

Solicit commercial business with Business Banking Officer and Market Leader; engage in community activities.
Coach branch staff and align with Market Leader on strategy and performance.
Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and adherence to policies and security controls.
Mentor and develop branch management team; ensure regulatory compliance.
